The Army Coarse Model Sand basing material, from our large selection of modelling materials, is ideal for basing models, scenery and terrain. Simply brush PVA glue onto the base or desired area on your battleboard and apply the modelling material. The basing materials can then be painted if required, so that they blend in with your terrain.

Great product but terrible delivery
This sand is pretty great : I use it to base my Thousand Sons army and it does wonders. For once I decided to order on WWG website instead of Amazon, and the delivery experience has been miserable. Being shipped to France, I had no way to track my package apart from the updated status on the website. I wasn't able to have any information between the moment I ordered and the moment it arrived on my mailbox. Once it arrived (in time), I realised that the container was broken and opened inside the box, so most of the thin sand got lost. There was sand all inside the package, and i wasn't able to get it all. So, overall, the product is absolutely great and I love it, but this one delivery was pretty bad and i feel like half the sand won't be usable since i've lost so much of the "base" sand.
