Very good, but could also be a little bit better
First, I want to say clearly that, when fully assembled, this is a beautiful piece and I love using it. I ordered the pre-painted version and it looks great. All the pieces were precisely cut and fit together very well. There are two reasons why I cannot give the full five stars: (1) the parts came unlabeled and without instructions or even a reference picture of what the parts in the bag should make. Since I ordered several large pieces at one time, it took some fiddling around to figure out how to assemble everything correctly, even using the web site photos for reference. There are, for example, two small pieces that go on the INSIDE of the central tower, to provide some support for the topmost plane, and those pieces are not visible in any images. (2) Since I was using the web page photos as my only reference to assemble the piece, I could not help but notice that what I received did not match; specifically, the four small square vertical pieces pictured as having "doorways" in the photos were not present in the bag of parts that I received. I got only the small square "wall with a ladder" pieces, and no doorways. But still, in the end, it looks fantastic when fully assembled and I am enjoying it greatly.
